CloneDrive works and behaves just like a physical DVD drive, although it only exists virtually. Image files generated with elby CloneDVD software can be “inserted” into the virtual drive from your harddisk or from a network drive and thus be used like a normal DVD.

Requirements:

1. An IBM compatible personal computer with a Pentium-Class Microprocessor at minimum 500 MHz.
2. elby CloneDVD™ 2 software requires Windows 98 / 98SE / ME with 128 MB RAM, Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 4 or better installed, Windows 2000 or Windows XP/XP64/VISTA/VISTA64 with 128 MB RAM.
3. If you use Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP/XP64/VISTA/VISTA64 you must be Administrator to install elby CloneDVD™ 2 software.
4. You will also need a DVD reader and preferably a DVD writer.
5. About 5 GB of available temporary harddrive space are necessary to clone DVDs.
