DeskBot 2.6  provides you with a professional program which includes many rich features.

DeskBot is a free, multi-featured Clipboard Reader, Text Reader, Time Announcer, and Internet Explorer Add-In for Microsoft Windows which uses Microsoft Agent Animated, Talking Characters. From the developer of MASH - The Microsoft Agent Scripting Helper.

Major Features:

1. Accessible: Ability to select any text in any application and press Ctrl+C to have it read.  Right-Click Character or on the DeskBot icon in the System Tray for a popup menu of available commands and options.
2. Read Clipboard:  Read the contents of the Windows Clipboard when changed, by pressing Ctrl+C from any application, or when character is double-clicked.
3. Announce Time:  Announce the current Time at selected intervals.
4. Read Text: Text Files, Word Documents, Excel Spreadsheets
5. Startup Greetings:  For a personal touch.
6. Customizable:  Select your favorite Character, TTS (Text-to-Speech) Engine, Language, Voice, Pitch, Speed, Balloon Font, Balloon Style and more.
7. Startup Options:  Start with Windows, Hide in Tray.
8. Internet Explorer Menu Add-In:  DeskBot adds a 'Read with DeskBot' item to the Internet Explorer popup menu (when you right-click on a web page).  The character, voice, language, balloon, and other advanced options can be customized.

Enhancements:

• Fixed Clipboard Monitor function which provides Ctrl+C (Copy) Clipboard Reading that was inadvertently broken in the initial DeskBot 2.5 release.
• Corrected bug where TTS Engine and Font were not being selected properly by Windows Vista.
• DeskBot.ini is now stored in user's Application DataBellCraft.comDeskBot folder
