Dr.Tag Plus 2.0.1 offers you an intuitive interface, a common mode for beginners, an advanced mode for professionals, and a load of features let you organize your music collection (MP3, Ogg Vorbis, and WMA files) with Dr.Tag Plus. You can burn audio and data CDs to make backups, and the ripping-and-encoding feature lets you easily add new music to your collection. Support for FreeDB automatically collects relevant information from that database. The restructure tool resorts all music files on your hard disk into folders you define. The new version features various bug fixes.

Choose a directory and Dr.Tag Plus!will list you all audio files (including subdirectories) in it.

The list you get contains file and song information. Choose your files and edit, organize, sort, tag them.

With FreeDB you can complete your tags within a second and the internal player helps you with starting to play in the middle of the song.

1. Multi file type support
   • With Dr.Tag and Dr. Tag Plus! you can open, edit and save files in MP3, Ogg Vorbis and WMA format.
2. FreeDB connection (coming soon)

3. Audio CD ripping

5. Restructure
   • With just a few mouse clicks you can restructure your whole music collection.
   • Simply choose the template and all songs on your hard drive will be for example sorted into this folder structure: C:musicartistalbum
6. Burn audio CD's
   • Burn all selected songs or whole playlists on audio CD's!
   • In shortest time you are ready for the party tonight.
7. Burn data CD's
   • No more free disk space? Song that you need rarely or never again?
   • With Dr. Tag Plus! you can burn them on CD's. If you wish an index will be kept on your hard drive.
8. Normalizer
   • After burning a CD with your favorite songs you always have to adjust the volume level manually?
   • This problem won't exist with Dr.Tag anymore. The integrated Normalizer brings all songs to the same volume level

9. Summary window
   • The summary window in Dr.Tag and Dr. Tag Plus! always shows you the most important information about the selected file.
10. Player

    • Dr.Tag supports ID3v1.1 and ID3v2.4 tags in MP3 files. That makes it compatible with most of the current hardware MP3 player.
