IMS Telephone On-Hold Player 4.00 is designed as a professional program that can help you to play telephone on hold messages or music using a computer with any standard sound card or voice modem. The software runs in the background using the CPU idle time and the buffer on the sound card. The computer can still be used as normal. If you have a Windows computer in your office, this is the most advanced and most affordable way to play on hold messages to your callers when they are on hold or being transferred.

This on hold server gives you complete control over your messages. You also have access to state-of-the-art features that have never been available in on hold messaging before. And if a studio produces your messages for you, the presentation can be updated over the Internet.

IMS will mix and play messages on hold using the computer's idle time. No special hardware is needed and you can continue to use the computer as normal.
