Media Audio Cutter is an application that will help you to extract part of the sound track from a Video or Audio file. You can select any part of the media and extract it into a MP3, DM (DRM-MP3 / DRM-AAC+ for mobile phone ringtone) or MMF (SMAF ringtone) file.
