This freeware digital music broadcaster is a simpleway to create full-fledged online radio stations without having to set up audio servers or hassle with complicated DJ software. Its easy-to-use interface allows users to drag and drop MP3 files onto the application and immediately begin streaming your audio files on the Internet. Once connected, you can stream your music at up to 56 kbps, set passwords for private stations, drag and drop Winamp MP3 playlists, search for downloadable audio files, and more. By plugging amicrophone into the computer, DJs can speak in betweensongs or over the music as it plays. In addition,users can further customize their myCaster stations bydownloading additional sound effects. In version 1.2, myCaster has added Instant Messagingto allow listeners to talk with the DJ through themyCaster.com website and application. New skinssupport allows users to choose their own style formyCaster, and to create their own look for theapplication. Improved line-in support allows users tostream audio into myCaster from any Windows audiosource, and numerous other enhancements are included.
