PC Sound Recorder and Editor 1.05

The Sound Recorder and Editor is a simple tool to use to convert your recordings to your computer, for example cassette to WAV or MP3 files on your computer, these files can then be recorded onto CD using your favourite CD Recording Software.
PC Sound Recorder and Editor is a software that allows you to record and convert sounds.
This software consists of two programs:
- The Sound Recorder: With the Sound Recorder you can transfer a sound recording to the PC hard disk in a digital format by connecting the device to your PC and selecting the sound source, then you can burn these files onto an audio CD. Various recording sound qualities can be selected.
- The Sound Editor: With the Sound Editor you can easily edit a digital recording, by trimming the start and end of a recording and optionally splitting it into multiple tracks which you can then fade in and fade out also, normalization to get the levels of the tracks the same and many other options are available. For example: If you have a large gap between a recording then you can cut out that silence gap using the Cut tool.

- Recording Sound Source Select the sound source of the soundcard.
- Recording Sound Quality Select the desired sound quality.
- Recording Volume Set the volume level before and during the recording process.
- Recording Timer Start a recording automatically at any given day and time, for any duration, with the Recording timer.
- Edit Files Edit new files recorded with the PC Sound Recorder, or open and edit existing WAV and mp3 files.
- Editor Splitting Automatically or manually split up recordings, like a full recording of one LP side into multiple tracks.
- Edit Trim Trim the start and end of each track – cut out white noise and save space.
- Edit Fade In/Out Each track can be faded in or out at the desired point, allowing you to neatly separate tracks that run over into each other, like a live recording with applause, or even shorten a song that’s too long.
- Edit Cut Cut out fragments of sound from within the middle of a track.
- Edit Listen Listen to the result of your editing before saving it to disk.
- Edit Save Recordings can be saved to disk as a standard WAV or mp3 sound file, with your choice of desired sound quality.
- Normalize track levels Recordings can be saved to disk as a standard WAV or mp3 sound file, with your choice of desired sound quality.
