A text-to-speech tool that will speak any text copied to the Windows ClipBoard
The PpSpeak application was designed to be a text-to-speech tool that will speak any text copied to the Windows ClipBoard.
Basically, the program sits and watches the ClipBoard, until some text is copied to it. When PpSpeak detects some new text, it fires off a script to speak the text.
