Enhancements:

• 3-band EQ and three more local effect slots added for each audio channel
• CPU guards now require two consecutive breaches of time limit to trigger (instead of only one which was too severe)
• AUX effects now replace their inputs - that's definitely more useful
• Bugfix: Detector for stuck plugins sometimes triggered erreneously (so program was forcibly quitted without reason). It won't do that anymore.
