Total Recorder Professional Edition 7.0

Total Recorder is a multi-purpose audio recording software with wide editing and sound processing capabilities. The program lets you record anything including capturing streaming audio (from Real Player or Windows Media Player, mic input, line-in input, DVDs or CDs), Internet telephone calls or any other sound passed through PC. A powerful scheduler is included that can start recording while your computer is in standby or hibernate mode and can also connect to your favorite radio station automatically. Optional Video Capture add-on allows for the capture, playback and editing of video files. You can capture video from your screen, record from a video device plugged into your computer, such as DV camera, web camera, TV-tuner or DVD player, or background record (capturing) Internet video streams in WMV format.
You can also enhance Total Recorder functionality with some additional add-ons that can be used to improve the quality of your cassette or vinyl records and voice dictating tremendously, accomplish automatic gain control, apply an equalizer, send your recordings to iTunes/iPod and others.
Version 7.0 Professional Edition contains new features including:
* The ability to export/import Total Recorders configuration settings or scheduled jobs. This is useful if you need to reinstall your system, move Total Recorder from one computer to another, or for backup purposes.
* Playback and background recording (capturing) of Internet-broadcasts in MP3, WMA, and Ogg Vorbis formats without using an external player, thus avoiding decoding and re-encoding.
* Timeshifting lets you record an audio file and listen to it (from any position) while the file is being recorded.
* Total Recorder supports for CUE-sheet files that contain information about the tracks in a media file. You can create cue-points and use them for splitting a file afterwards.
* Other minor enhancements.
