WinPresenter 1.6 is yet another excellent multimedia presentation tool that supports Microsoft PowerPoint with writing/drawing. This tool allows users to import Microsoft PowerPoint files or capture the worlds most used file formats such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and BMP, JPG, and GIF image files as well. WinPresenter records what users are writing and drawing onto the imported/captured files. WinPresenter also records the users voice and video through their microphone and webcam. These files can be edited at any time or broadcast using Internet Explorer. This application is also equipped with a real mistake-free feature called Prompter. Prompter enables users to write down scenarios or set timed effects, such as switching between slide and video windows, full video, and full slide.

WinPresenter provides you with easy-to-use interface so that you can create an error-free presentation with ease. On the right-hand side of the Slide Window, a toolbar with writing and drawing tools is provided so that you can explain or emphasize the contents easily. By clicking each button, you can select a pen, the type of shape, and the color, to emphasize the contents you desire. These tools can easily be understood with just a glance. Other buttons are similar to those used in Microsoft Office, and in Cassette Players (record and stop buttons). You can also quickly familiarize yourself with the additional buttons such as Capture, Prompter, Properties, and Help, by simply clicking on them.

Presentations created with WinPresenter are true error-proof presentations because of two reasons: Firstly, it is pre-recorded, therefore, it is impossible to make trivial errors during the presentation. Second, WinPresenter offers a Prompter in which you can type scenarios before the presentation- this prevents unnecessary pauses during your presentation. WinPresenter will not only increase the value of your multimedia presentation, but it will also increase the value of your company.
