SOS (Small Office Solutions) 1.5

SOS v1.5 is the latest version of our small business administration package that prints invoices, POS receipts, delivery notes, quotes, order acknowldgements and purchase orders in either high speed dot-matrix (for use with NCR stationery) or laser quality format. SOS reports on sales and purchase histories and stock levels etc, and has been designed from the start to be very easy to use and give immediate access to important information (needed when preparing invoices, delivery notes, quotes or purchase orders) with one or two mouse clicks. Particular emphasis has been given to making mundane office tasks (like preparing large purchase orders, booking in stock, and altering large amounts of stock data) extremely quick and easy. SOS now also includes a detailed report of payments received for sales transactions with a total that you can enter directly into your accounts program on a daily/weekly basis. Another useful feature is the price text generator that allows you to prepare multi-item quotes very rapidly from your stock data with just a few keystrokes/clicks. SOS also includes an address book for your personal and business contacts, and a diary with a reminder facility that never lets you forget your important appointments. SOS also comes with optional demo data and interactive tutorial for new users. SOS is fully functional shareware with a 30 day trial period.
