AccessToExcel 1.0

AccessToExcel 1.0 is an excellent tool when working with Microsoft Excel. It can actually export data from Microsoft Access Tables or Access Queries, other Excel files, text files, or any other Access linked data sources into a blank or existing Excel file.

The data is placed into one or more worksheet locations as specified the user. Able to find last available row to start writing data to, if requested. Options include, run Excel macro, insert sheet if Excel row limit is exceeded, and insert headers with choice of font and cell color. This tool requires either Microsoft Access version 97, 2000, 2002XP, 2003, or 2007. No features are disabled in trial version.

How to use:

1. Fill in your Access file name and your Excel file name.
2. Now, all your Microsoft Access tables, queries, and other linked data sources automatically appear on dropdown pick lists, you just pick a data source for each Excel tab you want to write data to. If you are using your old Excel files, your tab names will show up on dropdown pick lists.
3. Click the 'Run' button, and Excel sheets you selected receive the data you selected exactly where you want it. The program will even find the last empty row if you want. That's it! AccessToExcel stores all of your settings for each project and you can create thousands of projects.

1. You can trigger Excel Macros to run automatically by simply entering the macro name.
2. No more trying to find that last blank row to start your data paste. Just use the "Start Data At Last Available Row" option for worksheets with pre-existing data.
3. You're not limited to one type of data source. Here are just some of the data sources available to you: Access Tables, Access Queries, Excel files, text files, web pages with data tables, other databases, and any Microsoft Access linked data source.
4. You won't be stopped if you reach the Excel worksheet row limit, the program will insert additional Excel worksheets at your choice.
5. If you choose, your column headers will be created for you, with fore color and cell color selection options.
6. You have the choice of writing data to Excel files you already have, copies of them, or let the program create new Excel files.
7. The program's speed and accuracy will save you time and eliminate any errors that are possible with manual copy and paste.
