Synchronize Company Data
When a sales representative changes information contained in your Maximizer database the customer record in your accounting system is instantly updated. Conversely, modifications applied to customer records in your accounting system are automatically accessible in Maximizer. Needless forwarding between departments is therefore avoided reducing confusion and improving efficiency.

When installing ACCMax, you can automatically transfer all the customer information located in your accounting system. No time-consuming and costly double entries are required.

Access Information on Past Transactions
Complete billing history
Your sales agents will have quick access to strategic information (invoices, orders, bids, etc.) as they talk to a customer. Search tools and filters make it easy to find a specific order or invoice.

For instance, the Paid column indicates whether or not the invoice has been paid. They can also add or modify transactions (quotes, orders and invoices) directly in Maximizer.

A complete list of items previously sold
ACCMax enables your sales personnel to view details (product description, transaction date, quantity, price, etc.) on every item previously sold to a specific customer. From your Maximiser interface, you can view, on a single screen, a customers complete purchasing history. A sales rep can now offer personalized and up-to-date service and evaluate the situation of each customer to get ahead of his needs.
