Account Pro Invoice is a network-capable invoicing program, that works closely together with Account Pro (from Version 8). Account Pro Invoice can also be operated as a stand-alone application.
Account Pro Invoice is suitable for small to medium businesses.
An import function allows importing of item and adress data from other programs.
All required document templates can be generated by the user.
The sample templates can be adapted. The following are included: Offer, Order confirmation, Invoice with discount information, Invoice without discountinformation, Bill of delivery, Credit voucher, Payment reminder, Letter, Adress label.
Documents generated can be printed, sent as email attachment, and saved as .rtf files.
You can generate a summary invoice from the bill of delivery data of a certain time period.
A mail merge function allows to generate circular letters by merging document templates with an an entire list of addresses.
Enhancements:
- New analytical report: Details of sales of an item/service (customer and time of purchse).
