Adr_Book 5.8 offers an effective tools which functions as an address book PIM program. As well as being a traditional PIM, Adr_Book is rich with Internet web features. A web server comes embedded within Adr_Book that allows a web browser to connect and have access to the data records. This transforms Adr_Book into a true network product since anyone with a web browser on your Intranet or Internet can access the data.

Adr_Book is capable of phone dialing. Printing features include labels, envelopes, booklets and several reports. Labels can include postal bar-code, zip code ordering and can print in color. Standard Avery sizes are supported for USA and International. Many envelope sizes are supported. The fold up address booklet can be printed in many sizes and in color.

There are many other features like records searching, importing and exporting of data. All of this is wrapped in a graphically pleasing very easy to use program.

Major Features:

1. Multiple Address Books
   • You can create as many address books as you'd like. You may want to organize your addresses into different address books. Each person in your family could have their own address book, or you could have a separate address book for your company or club.
2. Unlimited Addresses
   • Each address book can contain an unlimited number of addresses.
3. Label Printing
   • There are easy to select default settings for all standard label sizes. The ability to specify a starting row and column means partially used label sheets never need to be discarded. Font faces and size can be selected.
4. Envelope Printing
   • All standard envelope sizes are supported. Additionally you can define custom sizes to easily allow printing on those special envelopes. Fonts faces and sizes can be selected. Return addresses can be selected from multiple predefined addresses.
5. Report Printing
   • There are several report options allow you to print selected details of your addresses.
6. Compact Booklets
   • A unique feature is the ability to print compact addresses booklets. Address are printed to 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper that are cut and then folded into an attractive alphabetic booklet. Sure, you use a cell phone, but you can give this as a gift to your mother.
7. Categorize Names
   • Powerful search features can be used to select a set of address records. These selected records can then be used for label, envelope or report printing.
8. Phone Dialing
   • Use your computer's modem to easily dial the phone number for any of your addresses.
9. Import and Export
   • Import and Export features allow you to move data to and from other Software programs.
10. Fast Search
    • Just start typing on your keyboard the beginning part of the name you want to find. As you type, the first address that matches all the characters you've typed will be selected. Continue typing additional characters to refine your quick search.
11. Send Email
    • Quickly send an e-mail to one or more of your addresses. Ideal for maintaining an e-mail list, such as for your department or club.
