Applications are made by email, in the standard arCV - format which can be automatically evaluated by potential employers having arCVevaluation at their disposal. The criteria required by the specific job as well as the application documents received are taken over into the arCVevaluation - Database for further processing. arCVevaluation compares the required job criteria with the information received and prepares automatically a pre-evaluation. Depending on the pre-evaluation, the management decisions are informed to the applicants by email in a standard format.
