Art Organizer 2.8.3 offers an effective tool which helps you  produce artwork. Track vendors names you purchase from and artwork names your components are used in. Reports/charts show you the status of your component inventory. See what components are running low so you can re-order. Get a handle on what you are spending.

Components are all the things you use to create your artwork. Different types of artwork, of course will have different components. The sample data included with Art Organizer is based on beadwork and jewelry making. If you are a painter, you might have components like paints, brushes, canvas or paper, mattes and frames. If you are a glass worker, you might have glass canes, frit, torches, mandrels and more. It's likely you'll have many different types of components since many artists work with mixed media.
