Astice Timetable 2.6.5 is used as a diary, personal organizer and time planner, which is a perfect utility for resource management, appointment booking, time managing and scheduling.

With this software, you can monitor physical resources like equipment, machines, rooms or premises. You can manage as well human resources. Setting up a duty roster for the employees or managing appointments for a veterinary surgeon are the right jobs for this planning tool.

Major Features:

1. This software uses timetables for input and display of resource management. A timetable has its real world counterpart in those steel notice boards with small magnetic stripes. You can manage almost any type of booking or appointment with Astice - Timetable. Even a casual user will see at a glance what resources are already planned and which are still available.
2. Data storage is powered by an embedded SQL server. Several people can use the same time table at the same time. Changes by one user will automatically be forwarded to other users using the same time table. You can create and maintain as many time tables as you want. (E.g. one for your rooms, one for your employees etc.)
3. Astice - Timetable comes with a simple address book. You may administer your customer addresses here. For each appointment you can print a MS-Word or Open-Office document, be it a booking confirmation, an invoice or whatsoever. The planning of standard appointments is supported by Tasks, a job having a predefined length.
4. For each day of the week core-times can be defined. In a repair-shop, for example, core-times are the normal working hours including paid and unpaid breaks. With a single mouse-click any job or appointment can be moved or split-up to fit into the core-times pattern.
5. Astice -Timetable will run on all computers with a current Microsoft Windows operating system. Recommend Windows 2000, Windows Vista or  Windows XP.
