Atrex 12.11

Atrex 12.11 is one of the most useful softwares which helps you control point of sale and business automation without a big price tag.

Atrex includes invoicing, orders, quotes, recurring invoicing, purchase orders, service orders, AR, AP, and most every other function that a retail or wholesale business needs. Inventory functions are real time and support serialized items, containers, and assemblies. Other features include RMA (returned merchandise authorization) tracking, tax categories, pricing categories, over 95 report functions, a built in report designer, partial search capabilities for stock codes and customers, SQL query capabilities for ad-hock reporting. GST support, international telephone numbers and postal codes, bar code printing, cash drawer support, and menu level security.

The Atrex database engine is network ready, multi-user, and includes client server capabilities. Context sensitive cross-referenced help and a full users guide is included with the download. A separate module provides an eCommerce solution via import and export to osCommerce shopping cart.

Major Features:

1. Transactions are now multi-tabbed windows to maximize display space and reduce the number of keystrokes/mouse clicks required to process transactions. Common transaction information (e.g., customer name, transaction totals) is displayed in the header and in the footer area of window so that this information is visible from all tabs.
2. New active windows allow users to have multiple Atrex windows open for concurrent data entry. It is now possible to have multiple transactions such as invoices, orders, and purchase orders open and switch between them without having to close one to get into another.
3. Most of the windows within Atrex 12 have been expanded to show more information on the screen at one time. In addition, many of the windows within Atrex are now resizable to allow users to take advantage of larger displays. Custom window sizes can be saved and used the next time the window is opened.
4. New window controls allow users to modify the order that columns are displayed, vary the width of columns, and even choose which columns are displayed. Once the grid customization is saved, the next time the window is opened it will display displays using the saved column order, column widths, and fields.
5. New date entry fields on the transaction selection windows allow users to set and modify selection date ranges without exiting from the window.
6. Transaction history windows for customers, vendors, and stock codes now have right click capabilities to allow for printing or editing of the selected transaction directly from the history window.
7. The Stock Code Information window now includes a stock code selection list on the left hand side to allow for quick navigation between stock codes.
8.  A new menu added to the Stock Code Information window allows users to create, clone, or delete stock codes directly from that window.
9. The Stock Code Selection window now allows you to exclude items with zero on-hand to allow users to filter the stock code list to only those items with an on-hand quantity.
10.  A new global option allows for the items on a transaction to be sorted in the order that they are entered rather than sorted by stock code.
11.  Numeric fields now allow you to enter decimal values without first entering a leading zero.
12.  2 additional discount pricing levels have been added to the stock codes, bringing the total number of available pricing levels to 7.
13. The Output Destination window now allows for the selection an alternate layout when printing any report format that allows for multiple formats. In addition, you can now email and print a report from the same print session.
