AuthorStream Desktop PowerPoint Add-in 1.0.2.139  is a useful tool designed to help users  search and insert YouTube videos and images from Microsoft Bing search results in PPT slides.

It installs as a "ribbon" in PowerPoint and provides a search box option, which can be used to search images and videos. These can then be easily inserted in slides while creating a presentation, without the need of opening a browser.
