AutoText 2.5

AutoText 2.5  is designed as a professional program that can allow you to automate your typing - assign keywords to frequently used phrases and AutoText will insert a common phrase or paragraph each time you type the corresponding keyword.

AutoText will store your common text fragments (email signatures, frequently used sentences, common phrases) organized in folders and quickly insert them into your documents. It is an autocomplete/autocorrect feature added to any program.

For example, type "ffr" and Auto Text will replace this keyword with a phrase "Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or comments".

Major Features:

1. Allows typing the same phrase over and over with less keystrokes.
2. Assign a keyword (an abbreviation) to a frequently used phrase, sentence or paragraph, and Auto Text will auto-type this common sentence each time you type the abbreviation in ANY program.
