bcTester Barcode Reading and Testing 4.7.0.2

bcTester Barcode Reading and Testing 4.7.0.2 is a freeware software designed for barcode reading (linear and 2 dimensional) on digital images captured by scanning or photographing, which supports a lot of input formats such as BMP, GIF, PNG, TIFF, JPG.

It can read barcodes from Adobe PDF-Files as well. All common barcode types are recognized,, e. g. 2 of 5 familiy, code 39, code 93, codabar, code128, ean, ucc and upc, GS1 DataBar (POS), patchcodes, Aztec, Data Matrix, QR Code and PDF 417.

bcTester reads barcodes from images. Linear barcodes can be recognized as well as new 2D-(two dimensional) barcodes. bcTester demonstrates the capability of QS-Barcode SDK, the software for barcode recognition from QS QualitySoft GmbH. 

bcTester is powered by the same engine as our professional products QS-Barcode SDK and QS-DocumentAssembler. 

Major Features:

1. Compability tests to evaluate whether special barcodes can be used with QS-Barcode SDK and QS-DocumentAssembler
2. Determining optimal recognition parameters for certain barcodes to use with QS-Barcode SDK and QS-DocumentAssembler
