The purpose of this software is so that whoever accepts the office calls and is behind the PC can fill in all the customer details and bid details, along with the estimators name who will be handling the bid. Estimators can just pick up their list of bids for the day with all of the clients information on it and the exact descri`ption of the job the estimator is supposed to bid. It is not meant to give to the client. It is for internal office and estimator use so that each estimator knows exactly what bids and what times he is supposed to be there.
