Bill and Track 3.0.2  is a professional and smart system solution that supports a small business recurring and nonrecurring billing, inventory, accounts receivable, and customer information process requirements. Inventories are maintained based on order and restocking activities. Orders are entered using an easy to use screen that requires the least amount of input. Tax calculations are performed based on product-specific rules state codes. Payments are tracked by method of payment to facilitate daily reconciliation.

Easy to understand itemized invoices are produced using the Customers profiles and order data without any further user input. Account Statements can be produced on demand and on scheduled monthly billing cycle. Business operation, daily activity, outstanding A/R, productivity reports, products ranking, customer demographics, and sales tax totals are among many standard reports.
