Enhancements:

1. Fixed bug in Countdown timers, an alarm was being triggered if the timer continued running when Chronos restarted even though the timer hadn't completed the countdown.
2. Added confirmation to Delete timer & repositioned menu option.
3. Fixed Countdown timers bug. Repeated use of the timer would cause a failure to trigger a completion alarm.
4. Fixed bug in spoken alarms using SAPI version 5 voices. Speech failed if alternate alarm messages were included.
5. Fixed cosmetic bug in Configure Timers dialog box.
6. Fixed Calendar positioning bug following a Windows reboot.
