Complex Shift Schedulers 6.31

The S4-Complex Schedulers allow you to assign several categories of employees to a place and a time for up to one month while enforcing age-related work rules.
If you need to assign several different categories of employees (like managers, cooks, bartenders and waiters) to several daily shifts and locations (like Waiter Station A, Station B, etc) then you have found the ideal scheduling spreadsheet.
You specify employee daily and hourly availability and then make daily assignments from drop-down menus of qualified employees each day for up to one month. This is a lot easier and quicker than any "pencil and paper" technique that you may be using and it assures that you dont have any holes in your schedule or that you dont waste money by overstaffing your shifts.
You are prevented from scheduling an employee subject to the child labor rules under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) in a manner that would be in violation with those rules. Simply input the childs birthday and school vacation dates and the spreadsheet enforces the child labor rules. The spreadsheet can accommodate Federal and state rules and rules that apply in countries other than the United States.
In addition, the S4-Complex spreadsheets keep track of your daily and weekly payroll based on employee hourly salary and scheduled hours including daily and weekly overtime pay.
