Enhancements:
- Added: Email - The program now has auto-responding built-in
- Fixes: EMail - Added an option to allow the user to select the number of simultaneous connections that are allowed. The default is 1 but the user can select up to 20. If the default of 1 is used, the program will send 1 email, then wait until the server gives the OK, then send the next.
- Fixes: Email - Changed the threads so that a thread (one of the 20) will wait for the server to become available before sending the email. Previously the program just returned without showing if it was successful or not. This caused the problem of only sending a few emails.
