CRM-Express Live 2011.8.1 is developed to be an enhanced as well as helpful tool which works on a stand alone desktop, a local area network and/or the internet. It can be web-based or intranet-based or single-computer based. The software is installed on a PC running a Windows Operating System capable of running Internet Information Server (IIS) 5 or later. Users can then access the system with various operating systems from almost anywhere with an Internet Browser.

There are two modes to access it - Through a frames capable browser from a pc or laptop or by accessing the smaller text interface from an internet capable cell phone.
