CRM-Express Professional 2009.1 is the latest in CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) designed to monitor your marketing, customers, sales and orders.

SMS abilities, Email Client, Calendar, Address Book, My work day, News Feeds, Meeting Planner, Company Library, Form Designer, Journal. CRM-Express is now fully re-entrant, multi-user and network enabled.

It allows for any number of users connecting simultaneously to an address book, calendar or creating quotes, orders or invoices.

Major Features:

  1. Task Management. CRM-Express features a comprehensive task management systems. Tasks are available in all editions of CRM-Express, however they are more limited in the Standard and eSales editions because only 1 user is allowed.
    • Any number of tasks can be created
    • Tasks can be assigned to any of the created CRM-Express users.
    • Tasks can be passed on from one user to the next as one user finishes his/her part of the task.
    • As soon as a task is passed on from one user to the next, it is automatically displayed in the next user's task window as well ad in all
  2. Fast Contact Management. Manage all information related to contacts like faxes, invoices, orders, contracts, etc. Files can be stored in various formats like eml, pdf, avi, jpg, doc, xls, etc.
  3. Order Management
    • CRM-Express follows the Sales process
    • Quotes  --> Orders --> --> Invoices
    • These events are treated as a Sales state or Sales Status and the user can transform to the next event without needing to re-enter the information in the document.
  4. Meeting Management. Plan meetings with scheduler, reminders and calendar support
  5. Time Management. Time management with "my work day" display, calendar,notebook, etc.
  6. Integrated Operation. All communication for a contact can now be stored together in an integrated communication environment. See all the Emails, Faxes, Memos, SMS messages, etc., sent or received from a specific contact with a few clicks.
