Daily Calls and Tasks for 20 Doctors 1.85 offers a good supporting tool for doctors. This is a software that can schedule 4 calls and 50 daily tasks to 20 doctors for one year. Call assignments and tasks are made via drop-down menus.

You can specify the doctors available for each task allowing you to associate tasks with special requirements with doctors having special qualifications. Task and call assignment statistics are gathered and displayed on the scheduling sheet to allow you to see the distribution of calls and tasks assigned to each doctor. The spreadsheet creates various calendars, schedules and a Calendar file to transfer schedules to your PDA, Smart Phone and Outlook Calendar for handy reference.

Up to 10 different calls, locations and specialties can be automatically assigned each day using scheduling rules that you specify as important in creating a fair distribution of calls. Before you push the scheduling button, you can  manually schedule any call to be sure that the right person is assigned to that call. And after you have pushed the button and created your monthly calls, you can easily adjust the schedule to account for last-minute availability issues or call need changes.
