Debt Planner 1.0

Debt Planner is a debt elimination planning system that determines the most efficient approach to pay off a persons debts and calculates the potential benefits of the efficient payoff schedule.

Debt Planner collects all the current debts, prioritizes the order of paydown, and applies as much payment as possible to the debt with the highest priority. As each debt is paid off, the periodic payment that was previously applied to the paid-off debt is then applied to the debt with the next highest priority. The Debt Planner accommodates strategies such as a new consolidation loan to pay off debts with high interest rates and an accelerator payment that increases the total monthly payment toward debts.
After all debts are paid off under the strategic paydown approach, the money that was previously used to make debt payments is saved into an investment account until the date when all debts would have been paid off under the current payment schedule. This illustrates the amount of money a person could accumulate by the time they would otherwise be making their final debt payments.
The Debt Planner produces a highly-intuitive printed report in Microsoft Word format. The printed report is the ideal presentation tool for the debt planning advisor who wishes to help reduce a persons debt load through debt elimination planning. It includes high-level results for easy presentation as well as detailed amortization schedules
