DM Quest 1.2.1

DM Quest is a software package developed especially for Direct Mail and Electronic Commerce business models. First and foremost the system has been designed as a communication tool between the catalog development and creative departments; but that is only a tiny fraction of the software design and functionality.

The software package contains business critical database interfaces such as Inventory Maintenance, Ad-Codes Maintenance, Product Descriptions, Customer Lookup and Billing Accounts Maintenance screens. All of the forms are easily integrated with the collection of existing company data warehouses.

One of the most important objectives of the DM Quest software is to gather and store information on all business functions. Combining this data with the sales warehouses will provide management with accurate forecasting reports for future catalog performance. Built into the software are complex analytical functions that will determine the demand for each product and make recommendations for future catalogs; this will drastically shorten the turnaround time and increase profits for the company.
