Document Centre is a Windows project/customers database which gathers project data, documents belonging to a project and emails that has been received in Microsoft Outlook into one unit. Thus you will never again miss emails or documents that were mislaid; but were meant to be archived on a customer or a project. All project-oriented data is available at your fingertips.
The key to the success of Document Centre is the project-oriented design. It is you--the customer--that define the data that belongs to a project. You enter the columns into the database, and decide how they should be shown to the user. This process requires no programming competence. If you however have programming competence you may extend the system with your own menu items, buttons and other user interface elements to accomplish your own business critical tasks.
