7. You can view and print the data in chart form.

9. There is a frequently used notes feature, saving time typing repeated notes for certain records.
10. A real time saver is the recurring items feature. If you have an item that requires entry on a regular basis, such as a mortgage or annuity, this feature makes it as simple as a click to enter the record.
