Easy Shift Schedulers allows you to assign daily shifts to up to 3 groups of employees each day for 4 weeks Easy Shift Schedulers allows you to assign daily shifts to up to 3 groups of employees each day for 4 weeks.
You simply define your shifts and specify the number of people that you need on each shift each day. Then you assign the shifts to your people each day for 2 weeks (standard version) or 4 weeks (pro version) from a drop-down menu. Initially the drop-down menu is fully loaded with all of the shifts that you specified for the day and as you assign a shift to someone, it is removed from the drop-down menu. When the drop-down menu is empty you know you have assigned all of the daily shifts. It just cant get any easier than that.
You can schedule up to 3 groups of employees (say waiters, managers and bartenders or head nurse, RN and LPN) with each group having its unique menu and shift needs.
You can define up to 10 vacation periods for each employee and the spreadsheet will not allow you to assign a shift to someone who is scheduled for a vacation day.
Budgeted hours and payroll are tracked as well as actual hours and payroll costs to give you complete control of your labor costs. (Pro Version Only)
The spreadsheet creates several different calendars and schedules including a file that you can import into your Outlook e-mail program or PDA so you will always have your schedule available for easy reference.
