EASM was developed by 4colordesign to allow the management of the activities performed by ambulance corps. With the software,the ambulance service providers have the possibility to manage all the data easily and work on different modules based on activity types. EASM can be used for appointments, managing visits for emergency transportation, managing patient information, preparing medical reports while the patient is taken in the ambulance, transferring data to the server and processing the calls for billing, generating custom reports, and creating several companies and handling them for billing purposes. The most important facility provided by this software is, “Synchronization of server & ambulance data by only on click”. o With this synchronization process call comparison module enables administrator to know how many calls he has dispatched & how many reports he has after synchronization. * Admin Section : o Manage, Location o Transportation Type o Insurance Information o Call Type o Unit detail, Repair, Maintenance o Employee Detail o Group Creation & assign rights to group o View past history of Patient Address & Insurance Info o Point machine to use database of another machine o Set email Information to send an email * Call Management : o Payment from Insurance company through Billing office. o Different sections are given to transfer calls from one section to other as per stage. o Every where user can attach more than one document with any of the call. o Can add Custom field with any of the call. o Keep history of Payment data i.e. Cheque No, Date, Amount, Company Name etc. & provision to view that data. o Whole call management is managed as per the company selected by the user at the time of login. o That means all calls belongs to that selected company will be displayed in call management. o User can transfer calls from one company to another if required. * User can set application for client & also for server. In client only required functionalities given. All administrative activities can be done only if the application set as server. * User can view CMS certificates which will be expired within next 10 days & can also view List of CMS expired. * Generate alerts * Send email through email * Export to PDF in Run Report, CMS * Can create more than one company.
