Euro-Fahrtenbuch 2009 4.0.0 is a unique and super useful tool which can be used to electronically report any optional data imported from GPS vehicle tracking system or PDA itinerary software. Entrepreneurs and freelancers in Germany have to prove that their company car is used for business purposes at least to 50%. Only in this case they are still allowed to use the one-percent-regulation (1% of the gross list price of the new vehicle) to account for private trips. Business trips are preferably proved by an itinerary report. Itinerary reports have to comply with the requirements of the fiscal authorities.

Each private trip has to be documented with mileage.
