Excel Utility 6.4

Major Features:

1. Reporting Wizard
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility Reporting Wizard helps you to build a useful report in one shot. It opens a new worksheet. In column A, it puts a unique list out from the column you stand in. The other columns in the new worksheet will be populated with sumif, vlookup and countif formulas. For each you may place up to three columns.
2. Database Analysis
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility Data Analysis counts the number of unique values in your selection (means, if you have the word “box” shown 4 times, it counts it once only). It presents the results and copy all unique cells to a new worksheet (p). It also counts fields that appear only once and fields that appear more than once. If you stand on one cell, then your range is considered to be your active column.
3. Color Identical cells
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility colors identical cells in selection in a the same color. Each click use different colors
4. Color cells as activecell value
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility colors all cells with the value of the active cell in one color. Every time you run it, the color is changed randomly.

It does comparison in all types of data, like: strings, numbers and dates. It was award prizes for its simplicity and effectiveness. 6. Excel database filter
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility Filter Form does lot of quick filters like: color filter, not equal, greater/less than activecell
7. Show filter
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility shows the Excel filtering arrows at the header of the table. It does the same as in the Excel menu: Data-Filter-Auto filter or same as CTRL 6.
     
8. Filter color
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility filters based on the color of a cell. Stand on a certain colored cell (highlighted or font colored). It filters the same color on this column.
     
9. Subtotal formula in active cell
   • Likeoffice Excel Utility adds a dynamic subtotal formula that sums the data below that cell. Since it is a subtotal formula, only the filtered cells are calculated. If you want to count instead of sum, replace the “9” with “3” in the formula.
     
10. Convert to values
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility values your cells in your selection. It does the function value() for each cell.
      
11. Count number of characters in activecell
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility counts number of characters in active cell. For example: "Excel Utility" contains 13 characters. In your Excel worksheet, it is the same like the len() function.
12. Trim
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility removes unnecessary spaces before and after the phrase in a certain cell in the selection.. It actually does the trim() function (removes spaces) on each cell in the selection.
      
13. Reverse Text
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility reverses the text in each cell in your selection. For example: "Excel" becomes "lecxE" or "Vista2007" becomes "2007atsiV". It doesn't reverse the numbers though.
      
14. Copy-paste values in current selection
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility does 'copy' and right after 'paste values' in the selected range.
      
15. Is error
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility put iserror formula on each cell in your selection. That way, you avoid Excel mistakes like: DIV/0!, N/A and VALUE#.
      
16. Rounding numbers
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility rounds any cell in your selection. You should set first the number of digits after the decimal point.
17. Extract text only
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility extracts Text only in each cell in your selection. It extracts text from a varying text and number strings. Cell may starts with numbers or text. For example: "NY 10050" becomes "NY" or "12a4bcd" becomes "abcd".
18. Extract numbers only
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility extracts Numbers only in each cell in your selection. It extracts numbers from a varying text and number strings. Cell may starts with numbers or text. For example: "NY 10050" becomes "10050" or "12a4bcd" becomes "124".
19. Color any 2nd (or more) line
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility colors each second (or third or forth and so) row or column in your selected range. This ease the readability of complex large tables and text. Go to the Likeoffice menu in order to set your definitions. The icon in the Excel toolbar only executes these settings.
20. Removing rows
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility provides three alternatives of removing rows or cells: 1) removing empty rows in selection 2) removing duplicate cells in selection and 3) removing rows with the same fields in selection.
21. Unhide
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility unhides rows and columns in active worksheet.

    • Likeoffice Excel Utility moves your screen and places your selection in the top-left of the screen.
      
23. Save image to clipboard
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility copy your selection to the clipboard in a JPG format.

    • Likeoffice Excel Utility allows you to set four different formats to execute in one click
25. Header design
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility allows you to design your header and then to have your designed header in a icon click. Go to the Likeoffice menu in order to set your definitions. The icon in the Excel toolbar only executes these settings.
26. Worksheet format
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility allows you to design your worksheet and then to have your designed worksheet in simple icon click. Go to the Likeoffice menu in order to set your definitions. The icon in the Excel toolbar only executes these settings.
27. Web components
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility Web components has the following commands: - removes hyperlinks in each cell in the selection. - activates hyperlinks in each cell in the selection - removes pictures and shapes.
28. Number format
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility presents numbers in the following format: "#,###;[Red](#,###)", means with comma and red for minus.
29. Likeoffice Excel Utility presents dates in the following format: “dd-mmm-yy” so there is no confusion for US and European date style.

32. Delete all range in entire workbook

33. Define dynamic table
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility defines four types of ranges: 1) expand down to the last text or numeric entry in your column 2) expand down as many rows as there are entries 3) expand right to the last text or numeric entry in your row and 4) expand down and right as many rows as there are numeric and text entries. this range is a table.
34. General information
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility provides summarized and useful information on your active file, worksheet and cell. Delete file properties
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility deletes your file properties. If you go in the Excel menu to File-Properties, the fields will be empty.
      
35. Password recovery
    • Likeoffice Excel Utility opens password of protected worksheets and files.
