FinaWare is Stock Control, Inventory and Order Management system with integrated postage management Very cost effective, multi-user, network enabled, PayPal and eBay integrated system which takes control of your order management and inventory tracking, as well as packaging and postage management. The system is best suited for anyone who trades online via a online trade venue or through a web site.
finaWare Stock Control is software suite designed to facilitate the inventory management, order processing and dispatch operation of a small to mid-size business. The finaWare prime objective is to help tracking of inventory agains current order books and first level business performance reporting. The order placing process is automated with many payment online processing services. This allows you to integrate the software with your PayPal account and eBay account, so that when you receive a new payment the the Stock Contorl immediately receives this information and raises new order accordingly while making sure you are not low on stock.

FinaWare also designed to take control of your packaging and postage operations by allowing you to configure stock items to be packed using specific packaging type and define preferred postage method. Royal Mail PPI integration allows you to print Royal Mail stamps and postage labels directly from the software and produce and submit Postage Manifest that conforms Royal Mail requirements.

The system is multi-user, network enabled with options to hide and deny functionality based on user permissions.
