With Golasso Monthly Planner track employee schedules, expense accounts and payrolls with this calendar software that can be used perpetually. Capacity for tracking up to 50 employees. The Event Calendar interface allows entry of up to 8 events per day on each employees schedule and with the Compare Utility, you can view and print on one page the schedules for all employees for a selected date. The Annual Event Library will permanently store up to 500 birthdays or holidays for automatic insertion into any schedule. Both fixed and variable date holidays can be stored. The Expense Calendar interface allows tracking of business and employee expenses each day and produces weekly and monthly expense reports showing total expenses for different categories and employees. The Payroll Calendar interface allows entry of employee hours worked each day and calculates gross pay for each employee. Payroll reports can be e-mailed to you accountant. The software can also be used for household scheduling and budgeting. The shareware version provides a 30-day working trial.
