handyCite 0.9.7.39 is recognized to be a high quality word 2007 add-in for management of bibliography. It is a freeware! Download.com link 0.9.7.39.zip, unzip and install (setup.exe).  For first time installation, it will download .net files from web which may take some time. Future installations will be quick. Use windows add/remove programs to unsintall previous version before installation of new version
