iCal4OL 2.7.12 provides you with an application which can be used for Importing, exporting and subscribing of ICS files/feeds for MS Outlook the smart way.

Highly configurable sync solution for Outlook Calendars and Tasks including Exchange folders.
Stand-alone and background synchronization with Google Calendar, Darwin, DAViCal, WebCalendar, eGroupware, Cosmo - or use Outlook as a CalDAV Server e.g. to share with clients using Sunbird/Lightning or ICAL (OS X Leopard).

A perfect 2-Way Synchronization with Google Calendar, DAViCAL, Darwin Calendar Server, eGroupware, Chandler Cosmo and WebCalendar 1.05 is integrated!

Contact Sync with Gmail & eGroupware, and Contact Import/Export as VCARD & LDIF is integrated, too.

Various options cover the needs of exchanging and  synchronizing events and tasks in the iCalendar format with different applications & installations, eg. iCAL (Apple / mac.com), Sunbird, KOrganizer, Lotus Notes or Websolutions such as Webcalendar, Google Calendar, DAViCal, eGroupware, iPhpCalendar, Cosmo, Horde and Darwin Calendar Server.

iCAL files/feeds (*.ics iCalendar format) can be synchronized, subscribed as remote calendars and exported/uploaded as well.

Multiple, user-defined configurations allow both simple and complex operations (filtering; adding colors & categories; handling attendees, invitations and reminders).
Supports Http, Https, Ftp, WebDAV, CalDAV (DAViCAL, Darwin, Cosmo, GCAL) and GroupDAV (eGroupware 1.4.004 & 1.6.001).

iCal4OL also syncs Google Contacts. Import & export of VCARD, LDIF, GOOGLE.CSV is supported, too.
