IDAutomation Barcode ActiveX Control 7.9

IDAutomation Barcode ActiveX Control 7.9 offers an effective tool which helps you to create barcodes in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, FrontPage, Internet Explorer and C++. Includes a signed DLL and CAB file. Better than an OCX, this control is a single advanced DLL created in C++ ATL that performs very fast and has no dependencies. The download includes examples for Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, VB 6 and an Image Generator example. Visual Basic source code for the image generator is also provided. Royalty free developer and site licenses are available.

8. USPS OneCode 4-State Customer Code (also known as Intelligent Mail) is supported as well as POSTNET, PLANET and EAN128.
9. High Performance, Compact Size and no Runtime Requirements - all of the Bar Code ActiveX Controls were created in Visual C++ using ATL without any runtime requirements. The file sizes are very small, which makes them easy to distribute and they use less CPU cycles than other controls.
10. Flexible Sizing Options allow changes to the X dimension, wide to narrow ratio, barcode height, margins and the white space between the bars in the bar code.
11. Text Options allow the human-readable characters to be enabled or disabled. The human-readable interpretation is often disabled to allow placement of custom text formatting for specific applications.
12. Lower ASCII Support is provided for functions such as returns and tabs in Code 39, Code 128, Data Matrix, MaxiCode and PDF417.
13. Complete GS1-128 (UCC/EAN 128) support is integrated into the component.
14. Checksum Options may be enabled or disabled for applicable linear symbologies.
15. Orientation may be set to 0, 90, 180 or 270 degrees.
16. Tilde Functions allow encoding of returns, tabs and other functions such as GS and RS functions between fields in a single barcode symbol. GS and RS functions are commonly used as field separators in UPS, FEDEX and other transportation applications.
17. Bearer Bars may be easily created for ITF and all other linear barcode types.
18. White Bar Increase Option increases the amount of white space in the symbol to improve readability.
19. Supports UPS Barcodes - The Maxicode component provided supports UPS Maxicode symbols including compressed Maxicode.

22. Quality Graphics – IDAutomation’s Bar Code ActiveX Control produces precise, high resolution Windows Metafile graphics which scale to the resolution of the printer, allowing easy scanning at small symbol sizes. For example, the IDAutomation SC5 and Intermec CCD Scanners dependably read Code 128 printed with a narrow bar width as small as .015cm. The HHP and Metrologic PDF scanners scanned PDF417 symbols printed at .015cm and the Hand Held Products Imager scanned Data Matrix symbols as small as .02cm.
