Incremental Inventory And Invoice 1.0.2 provides you a management tool for business. This software is designed to help small businesses efficiently create invoices, manage inventory, and store contacts. Incremental displays real-time in-depth inventory details without reports. In turn, you will know not only what you have and what you have sold, but you will also know what you have lost and what you need.

Incremental enables you to work with manufacturer/vendor price files so you can view prices and descriptions of all items your company has access to. Price files enable you to quickly add new items to inventory and invoices without typing all information from scratch. Price files also enable you to keep your inventory prices up-to-date with less hassle.

Incremental features an advanced search, allowing you to search invoices similar to the way you search the Internet using a search engine. Search using any relevant information you have in mind, without being restricted to search using specific information such as customer name or invoice number. Search results are displayed as invoice previews to help you quickly pinpoint what you are looking for.

Incremental supports multiple users and simple messaging.

Major instructions:

1. Locate the folder where Incremental saves contacts, price files, receipt layouts, reports, and images. Unzip the price file, Sample Price File.txt, and place it in the Price Files folder.
2. Go to Incremental and type 123456 in the field labeled Item Number. In our sample price file, 123456 is the item number of an air filter.
3. Click the Search... button.
4. Select Sample Price File from the list.
5. Incremental will search the sample price file for item number 123456 and will automatically complete the description, unit price and unit cost of the item.
6. The completed item information can be used for reference or it can be added to inventory or to an invoice.
