InTrek is an effective tool to manage asset, location and contact information on a limited budget. InTrek allows the user to enter and store location information, contact information and asset information into a database. As assets are moved from one location to another, assets history is captured and stored in a asset history table. This enables the user to keep a update history of that assets movements.

Major features:

1. Asset information can be entered into the InTrek application by either using the keyboard or by using a hand held scanner.
2. The application allows the user to create and store template information that can be retrieved at a later time.
3. Templates helps speed up the data entry process of the application. The number of template that the application can store is unlimited.
4. Before asset information is stored into the database it is stored in a temporary table. This allows the user to enter large amounts of asset information and then later process the information in a batch mode, thus speeding up the data entry process.
