You can track the quantity, description, location and history of assets; as well as its supporting documentation (i.e. Word document, spreadsheets, images, etc.) in one repository. This version has general description fields.

With Ultra you can: Create Customasset templates to speed up the entry of common asset information. For example create a custom template for your desktops, laptops, printers, etc. Create Custom asset descriptions. For example, desktop computers, printers, servers, etc. Track an assets current location. Get a history of where an asset has previously been assigned. Search for asset information using a bar code scanner. Use a bar code scanner to input asset information into the system. View all assets associated with a particular location. View a real time static of the types of assets currently assigned to a particular location.
