Enhancements:
- Fixed multiple delete not working for sub category
- Fixed order drop down blank when after selecting any order
- Fixed it is impossible to create first item with using web-interface.
- Fixed in inventoria few places accepts blank name
- Fixed inventory Preview & Save PDf not Good quality
- Fixed deleting of a Receive History record does not change corresponding Order status from 'Received' back to 'Open'.
