Inovice Ace is a simple Invoicing system for small businesses. It allows for none VAT/tax registed operation and VAT/tax registered companies. Currency and tax can be changed to your countries spec. Invoice Ace can generate many useful reports, including Outstanding Debts Report, Turnover Report, VAT Report and the ability to automatically generate reminder letters for all customers overdue payment. You can perform enquiries on a specific customer, either viewing a customers entire history, or search for an invoice containing a specific word for one customer or all customers. Invoices are posted and then assigned cash to the invoice once payment is received, so you can see the status of an invoice, eg posted but not paid, part paid or paid.
