With the telephony integration, an incoming call causes the Itel Office database to be searched and the details of the matching contact to be displayed.
In other words, when someone calls Itel Office "pops" up with their name and address together with any notes associated with that contact, and a history of the most recent activities such as calls received or made and letters sent.
